It is produced from organic apple fruits through traditional natural fermentation. For this reason, especially after the lid is opened, as long as it is exposed to air, sediment, color change and a transparent layer called "mother" may form on the vinegar surfaces. These are not signs of spoilage and the vinegar can be filtered again and used. This indicates that fermentation continues and the vinegar has not been pasteurized and filtered.

This pure product is produced entirely from organic apples by traditional natural fermentation method. Please note once the bottle is opened, color may change, sedimentation may occur and a transparent layer may be visible. This natural cloudiness forming naturally is a true sign of unfiltered vinegar. This is also an indication that the fermentation is continued and the product is not pasteurized or filtered as it is harmless and can be removed by filtering.

Store in a cool place with the lid closed and protect from sunlight.
