Their trunks are erect, quadrangular, simple or branched from the base. It has burning feathers on it. The leaves are stalked, oval-shaped, with toothed edges, dark green and shiny on the upper side, and covered with stinging hairs. Male and female flowers, together, form small clusters with long stems in the axils of the leaves. The flower cover has 4 parts. The fruits are brown in color and hazelnut-like. The seed has a nutritious tissue containing oil.

METHOD OF OBTAINING:
It is obtained from nettle seeds by cold pressing method.
