Although we were introduced to the country perhaps a little late, cashew nuts have become the favorite nuts of many people at an eye-popping speed. Thanks to its slightly sugary taste, oily and soft texture, and crunchiness when fresh, cashew is one of the first peanuts to be finished in mixed snacks and one of the main ingredients of dozens of recipes that come to mind. Although cashew nuts are similar in taste and structure to other types of nuts, they are actually a pure peanut. It is not the type. Cashew nuts, which are the seeds of cashew apples growing on trees, are obtained by collecting these apples and cleaning their outer layers. The cashew seed, which comes from each cashew apple, makes this nut a difficult food item to grow and collect.
